On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Vallarta Gay Men’s Chorus (PVGMC), we invite you to attend our 2018 Crystal Ball fundraiser gala on March 23rd at Casa Karma Boutique Resort. This year’s event “PVGMC’s Crystal Ball – an evening under the stars” will be a spectacular evening consisting of a welcome cocktail party, dinner, PVGMC’s Spring Concert, silent & live auctions, the 3rd Annual Building Bridges Award presentation, a few more surprises and then followed by dancing under the stars.

PVGMC’s Crystal Ball – an evening under the stars is our sixth annual gala and our major fundraising effort for the year. We need your support to ensure that we continue to grow musically and continue to build bridges of understanding as we serve this community we call home.

As a prominent leader in the community, we extend a personal invitation to become a sponsor of this notable event. Sponsorships, ticket sales and auction proceeds from last year’s event have enabled us to increase our singing membership and make more concert appearances throughout all four seasons.

Our event has become a much anticipated celebration in Puerto Vallarta. Last year, we welcomed more guests, friends and supporters than ever before. With your help, we plan to break that record again this year!

As a sponsor, you will play a visible role as we continue to grow our membership and visibility in the community for $10,000 pesos. In exchange for your generous gift, we offer you the following recognition:

• Two tickets to the Crystal Ball with VIP seating
• Sponsor appreciation cocktail party before the doors open to meet our Board of Directors
• Your company’s ¼ page ad included in the evening’s program as well as prominently displayed and announced at the event
• Your company’s ¼ page ad included in all PVGMC concert programs for one year, and recognized at all PVGMC concerts
• Listing on our PVGMC website for one year
